West Wings was born from a simple idea shared by two cousins and longtime West Seattle residents: create a fun, laid-back place in the Admiral neighborhood where friends, families and fans could come together over cold beer, hot wings, and great food. In 2022, that vision became a reality. Since opening our doors, West Wings has become more than just the go-to for game day and comfort food. We're a true neighborhood gathering place where you'll always be welcomed with warm hospitality and full table service from our team.
But what really sets West Wings apart is out commitment to quality. We don't cut corners - ever. Our wings are always fresh, never frozen, and free of antibiotics. Each one is carefully brined and cooked to order, ensuring that perfect crisp on the outside while staying juicy and flavorful inside. Our signature Flame sauces and dry rubs are made in-house in small batches, crafted with care to bring just the right balance of heat, tang, and flavor.
